Consumers: change-of-mind returns
Notify us within 14 days after the day you receive eligible goods, then return them within a further 14 days. Email or write to the contact details above; our cancellation form is optional. You pay the direct return cost for unwanted goods. We refund the goods and the least expensive standard outbound delivery within 14 days of receipt or evidence of return, whichever is earlier. Extra handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods may result in a deduction for lost value. We do not charge a consumer cancellation or restocking fee.
Personalisation and sealed hygiene goods
Genuinely personalised or bespoke goods and qualifying health/hygiene goods unsealed after delivery may be excluded from change-of-mind cancellation when the applicable exception was disclosed before purchase. Ordinary supplier-ordered goods are not automatically bespoke. Faulty-goods rights continue.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods
Contact us with the order number, product code and details. Stop using unsafe PPE. We will arrange a remedy and reasonable return costs where goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied. Manufacturer warranties do not replace consumer rights.
Business customers
Unwanted goods or cancellation require written agreement under our business terms. Any agreed costs are explained before acceptance. Faults and incorrect supplies are assessed under the contract and applicable law.
