Personal information and purposes
We collect details you provide for enquiries, accounts, orders and support, including name, contact details, delivery and billing addresses, order history and communications. Shopify and its service providers process device, usage, security and transaction information needed to run the store. Payment providers process payment details; do not send full card details by email or the contact form.
Lawful bases
We process information to take steps at your request before a contract and perform orders; to comply with legal, tax and accounting duties; and for legitimate interests such as security, fraud prevention, proportionate administration and handling enquiries. Optional marketing or tracking that requires consent is used only where the necessary consent is obtained. You can withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.
