Delivery charges and destinations

Available delivery methods, destinations and charges are shown at checkout before you pay. If your address is not supported, request a quotation through our contact page. No free, next-day or overseas service is promised unless shown for your order.

Supplier-ordered products

Some products are obtained from manufacturers or suppliers for individual orders. Product visibility does not mean an item is held in our warehouse. We check supplier availability while processing the order and contact you if the stated or agreed delivery arrangements cannot be met. We will agree an alternative or refund an unfulfillable order.

Consumer delivery rights

Unless another period is agreed with you, delivery is required within 30 days. Your legal rights concerning late delivery, cancellation and refunds remain. Goods remain at our risk until delivered to you or a nominated recipient, except where you independently appoint a carrier.

Business deliveries and issues

Business delivery arrangements follow the order or quotation and our business terms. Check parcels on arrival and tell us promptly about damage, shortages or incorrect goods. Give your order number, delivery postcode and available photos so we can investigate with the supplier or carrier.
