Powercap® Active™ works within light industry (machining and milling), agriculture (livestock, poultry farming, grain silos), landscaping, and food processing. Not suitable for industrial work. Powercap® Active™ IP incorporating bump cap protection and impact faceshield with high protection against flying particles. Complete with faceshield, two TH1P filters, and one battery pack. Conforms to EN 166, EN 812+A1, EN 12941+A2 TH1P. The product should be used as a back-up device to external extraction if used within the workplace\n\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\n\u003cstrong\u003e Powered Air \u003c\/strong\u003e\n\u003cbr\u003e\nRespiratory protection to EN 12941:1998 + A2:2008 TH1P. Assigned Protection Factor 10 (UK classification) equivalent to an EN 149 FFP2. Mask gives a cooling, comfortable supply of filtered air at 160 litres per minute eliminating breathing resistance and visor misting.\n\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\nTo reduce any possibility of premature motor failure\/fan breaking it is imperative that the mask and filters are maintained, replaced and cleaned on a very regular basis. To extend the life of your respirator we recommend the use of the Powercap® Pre-Filter Pads - Pack of 10 (CAU610-000-010) and the Powercap® Peel Off Visor Covers - Pack of 10 (CAU150-000-000).\n\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\n\u003cstrong\u003e Bump Cap Head Protection \u003c\/strong\u003e\n\u003cbr\u003e\nThe cap uses JSP Hardcap A1+™ bump cap technology, exceeding the A1 version of EN 812.  The cap is also easily removable and machine washable for hygiene purposes thanks to the patented connection mechanism of the cap and visor.\n\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\n\u003cstrong\u003e Powercap® Active™ PowerBox™1 battery pack \u003c\/strong\u003e\n\u003cbr\u003e\nThe new PowerBox™1 battery pack features a micro USB connection for simpler, faster charging.
